01) You MUST keep the link back to the site on your template. If I find you took it off, I will beat you with a stick.

02) I'd appreciate it if you signed the guestbook to let me know you took one of my templates so I could see it in action.

03) If you alter my layouts, I'd like it if you kept my link there anyway - unless you can't even tell it's mine.
